ITravelAi offers:

Property advertising and marketing services

Featured and promoted listing placements

Digital exposure across online platforms

Lead generation opportunities

We do not guarantee bookings, sales, or rental income.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

Services may include one-time fees and/or recurring subscription fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of services

4. Fulfillment of Services

Services begin once the client agrees to the marketing package and payment is processed

Listing visibility, promotion, and advertising efforts will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe

Marketing performance may vary based on market conditions, property quality, and demand

5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of signing the advertising agreement

After this period, fees may be non-refundable

Any active campaigns may be paused or terminated upon cancellation request

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Once advertising services have been initiated, fees may be non-refundable

Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete property information

Ensure they have legal rights to advertise the property

Maintain communication if updates or changes are needed

Comply with all local, state, and federal laws

8. Advertising Disclaimer

ITravelAi provides marketing and advertising services only.
We are not responsible for:

Property management

Booking transactions between owners and renters

Any disputes between clients and third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

ITravelAi is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, bookings, or business opportunities

Market fluctuations or demand changes

Technical issues outside of our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials created by ITravelAi remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed

Clients grant permission to use property images and details for marketing purposes

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or terminate services at any time

Remove listings that violate policies or laws

12. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

14. Agreement
